Crown Melbourne is currently recruiting for a talented Graphic Designer to join our dynamic Studio team. Reporting to the Head of Studio, this position is responsible for leading all concepts and design development from layout to finished art, for all promotions, brochures and ads, from premium projects, signage, print material and logos and work on high level branding projects and ATL campaigns, working back with the Head of Studio Melbourne.

Some responsibilities of the role will includ, but are not limited to:

  • Accurate interpretation of briefs through successful delivery of creative execution.
  • Consistently delivers excellent service to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Communicate and manage clear creative guidelines within the Melbourne team.
  • Deliver accurate files to Production team in a timely manner
  • Activity is communicated appropriately to Studio Manager and all key stakeholders within Crown.
  • Communicate and manage the expectations of timelines with Brand Managers.

To be successful in the role, you will need:

  • Significant industry experience
  • Highly proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Bridge and Acrobat
  • Must be able to use the latest Creative Cloud and CC libraries
  • Knowledge of digital rollouts such as Social, eDM and Web assets
  • Extremely creative in conceptual designs and an expert in finished art
  • Must be able to use the latest Creative Cloud and CC libraries
  • Experience in Cinema4D not essential but will be a huge advantage
  • Experience with a fast-paced working environment with tight deadlines
