You'll be a part of our Early Careers Graduate Recruitment Team based in Brisbane. You'll take responsibility for hiring our future talent - particularly our Clerks and Graduates. You will work in a collaborative environment to attract talent and help high-performing students through our recruitment process to start their careers with us.
As An Early Careers Executive, You Will
- Engage your stakeholders (both internal and external) to attract, engage, select and onboard new talent to Allens.
- Act as a brand ambassador of Allens externally - including organising and presenting with confidence at external events e.g. Universities, Careers Fairs and hosting onsite events at Allens.
- Work with others across the Firm, including direct contact with Partners, senior Lawyers and our events teams to organise engaging functions and programs for students.
- Design our market-leading engagement programs like Dive In, which provides an insight into the world of commercial law to high performing students.
- Manage our social media presence, bringing creative and novel ideas to the team - we don't have too many barriers to new ideas and we are given the autonomy to run with them so innovative thinking is key.
- Design, project manage, organise and lead our Clerk and Graduate programs and recruitment campaigns.
