Synergy’s generation fleet covers a wide range of fossil and renewable technologies (coal, gas, solar, wind). Graduates will be presented with opportunities to engage in multiple roles across the business and will be given exposure to challenging and innovative work. You will have the opportunity to work on a rotational basis at our Perth office on various projects and teams over the 2 year program.To be eligible, we are looking for you to have completed or are due to complete your Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science (or other software engineering / development certifications) by December 2022. If you’ve got a desire to learn and grow as a software developer, and are able to showcase you are passionate about software engineering (whether it be through projects on GitHub, contributions on Stack Exchange, favourite articles regarding how software engineering has made something better), this will be highly regarded.
