THE OPPORTUNITY

• Newman is a bustling mining town in the East Pilbara, population 7000
• Replacement role in a long-established 4GP practice
• GP’s cover hospital ED on-call on a 4:1 rota
• The practice has a treatment room and procedure room
• Key services provided include:
  • General practice and accident /emergency medicine
  • Hospital on-call roster/after-hours patient management
  • Occupational Health medical assessments
  • Acute injury treatment and management

You’ll have excellent Continuing Medical Education (CME), giving you opportunities to broaden your knowledge and to advance your career through regular training and development

• This role will suit a General Practitioner who holds FRACGP, or FACRRM
• NonVR, AHPRA General Registered candidates with Australian GP experience would be suited
• Be able to work unsupervised
• Recent work experience in trauma/accident and emergency
• Eligibility for credentialing with WACHS
• A caring and quality-driven commitment to providing general practitioner health services

• Flights from Western Australia, accommodation & car
• Two weeks on and two weeks off rotation

The MM7/DPA location makes this location eligible for an IMG with AHPRA general registration to work in this practice on RACGP FSP (ie PEP), ACRRM Independent Pathway, RGTS (Rural Generalist Training Scheme), and RVTS. Contact me to discuss.
