General Manager Fundraising & Marketing

Description:

As an experienced, dynamic and well-rounded fundraising & marketing executive, you will provide senior leadership to the fundraising & marketing team as well as provide strategic direction to our Retail division. Within this new role, you will be able to identify new growth opportunities, develop innovative plans to grow our stores and provide marketing support to the business as a whole to ensure brand communications are on target. By cultivating positive relationships within the community, you will promote the mission of Lifeline Darling Downs & South West Qld Ltd, identify fundraising streams and meet long term fundraising targets. This role reports to the Chief Operating Officer (Finance and Operations) and will have regular day to day contact with the Chief Executive Officer.

• Demonstrated successful track record of strategic development.
• Excellent communicator and negotiator, able to nurture and develop relationships with high-net-worth individuals and corporate partners.
• High levels of financial literacy and the ability to manage complex budgets.
• The ability to prepare a persuasive business plan.
• Strong business acumen demonstrated through creativity and innovation.
• Experience in developing measurement frameworks to evaluate program outcomes.
• Demonstrated ability to support the principles and purposes of LDDSWQL.
• Tertiary qualifications in business or a relevant discipline.
• Current "C" class driver’s license.
