On taking ownership of this role, you will develop and review the Company's business plan, client development activities, marketing opportunities and competitor strategies. You will undertake organisational planning and leadership by setting and implementing the strategic direction and priorities, as well as lead the development and implementation of the strategic business objectives. You will ensure this is all done in line with the agreed business direction. In coming to understand the business, its owners and it's unique market position, you will capitalise on the current success and drive ongoing strategic improvements and growth.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have demonstrated success, implementing and evaluating strategic plans while leading and managing an organisation. You will have excellent leadership skills and the ability to communicate a clear and measured direction for the business with accountability for yourself and those under your direct management. You will lead a team of highly experienced professionals including the Commercial Manager, Factory Manager, Finance Manager, Op's Manager, Systems Manager and Sales Team.
To be successful in this role, you will have prior experience having led a business with satisfactory, measurable results.
