Future Student Enquiries Officer

Description:

As the Future Student Enquiries Officer at Swinburne University of Technology you will be responsible for the important role of assisting future Swinburne students. In this role the Future Student Enquiries Officer will act within an agreed timeframe to convert enquiries to an enrolment in a Swinburne program. The Future Student Enquiries Officer will also be an escalation point and support Future Students Enquiries Administrators.

The successful applicant will be outgoing, friendly and customer focused with a passion for working with students to help achieve their career goals.

• Demonstrated experience in problem solving and proven ability to meet conversion targets in an inbound and outbound calling environment
• Experience in delivering high-level customer service in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent interpersonal communication, teamwork, and negotiation skills
• Familiarity with use of a Customer Relationship Management system for prospect management and demonstrated ability to learn a range of software packages
• Superior time management skills and ability to deliver required outcomes within a complex and busy environment
