As a key member of the fundraising team this role is known internally as our Individual Giving Coordinator and is focused on delivering Individual Giving programs and supporting the Fundraising team to increase engagement. Additionally building long-term relationships and increasing fundraising income to expand and enhance our services are also important.

The Individual Giving Program oversees the cash appeals, fundraising and retention e-communications, lead generation, Regular Giving and Mid Donor Philanthropy and Bequests.

This role will see you responsible for;

  • Leading the development and implementation of Individual Giving plans and budgets.
  • Supporting the Fundraising Manager to develop and execute a donor acquisition strategy, board reports and business cases.
  • Working collaboratively with the Data Administrator to brief data requirements, supporter segmentation and report on program performance.
  • Developing a digital growth plan to support and grow the Individual Giving Program.
  • Managing projects and end to end
  • Meeting and exceeding revenue targets for an individual giving portfolio.
  • Generating, analysing and presenting a range of data to measure and forecast.

  • Articulate and influential communication skills across written and verbal channels.
  • Passion for fundraising and recent experience with increasing revenue in direct marketing programs.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Effective organisational skills.
  • Proficiency with and orientation towards data.
  • Strong customer service skills and the desire to be of service and give back.
