What you'll do:

Litmos Engineering team is looking for a full-stack .NET Developer to build, maintain and enhance our SaaS eLearning solution built on Microsoft .NET platform. This developer position will perform analysis and design during all phases of software production, including suggesting the most effective solutions for its implementation. This position combines technical acumen with refined analytical skills to build and maintain a highly reliable high availability SaaS environment.

• Web programming and design including upgrading new and existing programs

• Troubleshoot existing software and applications

• Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to mitigate and address issues

• Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications

• Maintain related documentation and track process and programming changes

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field required, Master’s degree a plus

• Experience with classic ASP technologies (server-side ASP, Jscript, VBScript, building COM components)

• Experience with developing windows services

• Experience with client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks, including jQuery

• Experience with asynchronous request handling, partial page updates and AJAX

• Experience with code Versioning tools, such as git

• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server 2008 - 2014

• Experience with SQL development (TSQL, Views, Stored Procedures, Indexes, Partitioned Tables)

• Understanding of ASP.NET Core MVC a plus

• Ability to work well within a team and independently.
