Your new role:
You'll work within a team of like-minded and talented Developers to assist in progressing the company's existing applications. You'll be responsible for the developing, testing and roll-out of a diverse range of applications across their technology stack.
Reporting to the Development Manager, your key responsibilities will be:
Design, develop, and maintain technology solutions for the various business work streams. This is a hands-on role requiring strong development skills in both .NET Windows and Web development;
Actively participate and contribute to the software development lifecycle within the business;
Deliver high quality software projects within estimated time frames;
Produce and maintain design specifications and technical architecture documentation
Provide technical support to various areas of the business;
Troubleshoot, debug, and diagnose system issues and propose solutions and remedies.
Research and recommend industry best practises and tools; and
Maintain system documentation alive and up to date, as system changes occur.

Your skills and experience
Within the context of the role described above, the ideal applicant will be someone who has the following key experience/capabilities:
5+ years' experience working as a Full Stack Developer;
Excellent knowledge and experience with the software development lifecycle;
Strong technical experience with .NET 4.X, .NET Core, C# and SQL;
Highly developed written and verbal communication skills;
A growth mindset with a collaborative style and a strong willingness to learn and grow in your career; and
Above all else, you will have a humble, kind, friendly and trustworthy personality, with an excellent attitude and approach to work.
