Front Desk Receptionist

 

Description:

As our company's first point of contact, the successful applicant's role will include: answer incoming calls, recording and passing on messages, responding and actioning incoming correspondence, entering customer /supplier invoices, maintaining and monitoring the calendar, assigning work as needed and assisting maintaining a safe, clean work environment for all.

 

We are looking for someone who is willing to learn on the job, has a strong work ethic, good communication and problem solving skills, strong mathematics abilities and the ability to problem solve.

 

Desired skills / attributes: good customer service / relations, calm nature, good computer skills, initiative, knowledge of various software packages including Microsoft & accounting packages (e.g. Reckon), Certificate 1 in Business and or IT preferred.
