Flexing It has partnered with Our client, a Leading HR Consulting Firm, is looking to engage with a Consultant - HR Transformation. Responsibilities would include:

1. Organizational Structure Realignment:

- Assess the current organizational structure and recommend improvements for - enhanced efficiency and effectiveness.

- Collaborate with leadership to implement organizational changes that align with strategic objectives.

2. Roles and Responsibilities Assessment:

- Conduct a thorough analysis of existing roles and responsibilities across various functions.

- Propose modifications to optimize workflow, enhance collaboration, and achieve organizational goals.

3. Skillset Mapping:

- Identify and document the key skills required for different roles within the organization.

- Develop strategies for addressing skill gaps and improving overall workforce capabilities.

4. Training Program Development:

- Design and implement targeted training programs to enhance the skills and competencies of employees.

- Work closely with subject matter experts to ensure training content is relevant and impactful.

5. KPI/KRA Formulation:

- Collaborate with department heads to establish measurable Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Key Result Areas (KRAs) for each function.

- Implement systems to monitor and evaluate individual and team performance against established benchmarks.

6. Performance Management Systems:

- Develop and implement effective performance management systems that align with organizational objectives.

- Provide guidance on continuous improvement in performance feedback, recognition, and employee development.

This project is for a duration of 3 months and requires the consultant to devote Part Time Capacity in a Remote setting.

Skills Required

- Past experience working in HR Consulting Firms would be ideal.

- Advanced degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Proven experience in HR Transformation, organizational development, and change management.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and trends.

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.

- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, talent management, and performance management.

- Experience in designing and implementing training programs for diverse skill sets.

- Familiarity with relevant HR technologies and tools.
