Forensic Senior Analyst

 

Description:

This role is responsible for contributing to the execution of Forensic investigations, disputes, project administration and risk management on a range of engagements.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing all aspects of forensic accounting engagements primarily involving damages assessments, valuations and financial investigations.
  • Preparing and reviewing detailed financial models in Microsoft Excel, including analysing profit and loss, balance sheet and cash flow forecasts in order to prepare a DCF analysis.
  • Writing reports and other deliverables for review by Managing and Senior Managing Directors.
  • Managing client expectations and job administration.

 

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree with a major in Accounting, Commerce or Law
  • Interested in or completed CA/CPA
  • Experienced in an accounting, internal audit, risk, compliance, enforcement or similar role
  • Highly knowledgeable in the use of the Microsoft Office suite
  • Naturally curious with an aptitude for breaking down and solving problems
  • Able to deal with sensitive matters confidentially and tactfully
  • An excellent communicator (both written and verbal), able to distil and explain complex information and relate to key concepts
  • Personable and confident in project management and delegation of tasks
