Responsibilities

• Day to day management and supervision of the site personnel
• Start ups and toolbox talks, communicating what tasks have to be completed
• Using experience an initiative to tackle any onsite problems
• Representing the business in a professional and safe manner
• Rallying the crew to commit to client needs and deadlines
• Leading by example in OH&S

Experience

• Previous experience working as a Foreman or Supervisor in a civil capacity
• Preferably coming from an operator background
• Comprehensive understanding of Land Development, Subdivisions and Civil projects
• Sound problem solving skills
• Confident leading and motivating crews on a daily basis
• Ability to work with diverse personalities
