Our client, is a leading financial advice practice run by highly experienced Principal Advisers with 80+ years of collective industry experience.

With continued growth, they are now seeking a Financial Adviser to take over an established portfolio of loyal clients, with a long-term succession plan leading to Principal Adviser status and potential equity ownership.

Your New Role

Position: Financial Advisor

Location: West Perth

This isn’t just any another Financial Adviser role.

Step into a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity where you’ll inherit a well-established portfolio of loyal clients, introduced personally by the current adviser. You’ll take on prime responsibility for nurturing and maintaining these relationships, with ongoing mentorship throughout the handover and succession process.

Some Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Managing and growing client portfolios by building trust, delivering exceptional service, and fostering long-term relationships.
• Attending client meetings independently and with a Principal Adviser, documenting discussions and outcomes across new, existing, and advice presentation meetings.
• Developing and implementing financial strategies across wealth creation, retirement planning, investments, and Centrelink to meet client needs.
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards while completing annual CPD requirements to maintain industry adherence.
• Utilising Xplan software to develop financial strategies, prepare requests for paraplanning, and generate SOA and ROA documents.

Enjoy a competitive base salary of $90,000 to $125,000 + Super, depending on experience.

What You Bring

• Relevant qualifications in Financial Planning (e.g. FASEA-approved degree, ADFP, CFP highly desired but not essential).
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Financial Adviser / Associate Financial Advisor.
• Strong relationship-building skills with a client-first mindset.
• Ability to provide tailored financial solutions and strategic advice
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
