The Role

This Financial / Management Accountant role will be responsible for:

• P&L preparation and analysis

• Accruals, journals, other month end preparatory tasks to meet very tight international reporting deadlines

• Global intercompany transaction processing

• Balance Sheet reconciliations

• Working with project managers on job costing, expense allocation & monitoring Purchase Order spend

• Monitoring WIP. Ensuring jobs completed & invoicing is done timely

• NZ entity accounting

• BAS/PAYG/GST

• Oversight and support to the Malaysian offshore team, reviewing their transactions to ensure integrity of the GL

Your Background

To be considered for this role you will have

• A relevant tertiary qualification and ideally have started your CPA

• Month end reporting experience including P&L and balance sheet exposure

• Management accounting experience including variance analysis

• Fantastic communication skills

• Any experience with WIP, job cost reporting or similar will also be highly regarded

• You must be able to drive to get to work
