Financial Director

Description:

The ideal candidate will contribute to the overall success of the organization by effectively managing all financial tasks. They will oversee the financial operations of the business and provide frequent financial reports. They will also assure strict adherence to financial regulations and compliance. 

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all financial regulatory reports submissions to ASIC (monthly clients money, cash flow monthly forecast)
• Assist with tax planning
• Responsible for the annual external audits
• Responsible for GST reports and payroll
• Monitor financial regulatory covenants (NTA mainly)
• Prepare group internal management accounts on a monthly basis
• Oversee all treasury activities
• In charge of relationships with various stakeholders inside and outside the organization - tax authorities, suppliers, banks etc
• Budget and budget vs actual
• Management of team
