Financial Controller

As our Financial Controller, you’ll play a key leadership role in our finance team, acting as the bridge between strategic oversight from the CEO and the operational execution of our finance team. You’ll be responsible for ensuring financial integrity, compliance, and operational efficiency while providing critical insights that drive executive decision-making.

This is a newly created role, reflecting Filta’s growth and evolution, and presents an opportunity for someone who is ready to make an impact.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Overseeing all operational aspects of our internationally based finance team
• Drive financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting to the Senior Leadership Team
• Ensure compliance and governance across multiple international jurisdictions
• Support business growth with data-driven financial recommendations
