Financial Controller

 

Description:

As a Financial Controller, you will be responsible for overseeing the accounting and financial activities of 3 manufacturing sites. You will analyse the economic stability of the company and partner with various business units to provide financial insights, analysis, and recommendations that drive profitability and operational efficiency. Your expertise in financial planning, budgeting, analysis, and strategic guidance will be instrumental in achieving financial goals.

Key Responsibilities
 

  • Monthly financial reporting
  • P&L preparation, balance sheet and cash flow
  • Statutory accounting and compliance
  • Financial analysis
  • Business partnering
  • Performance metrics and cost analysis
  • Stakeholder relationships
     

Experience And Skills
 

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field and membership in a relevant accounting body (e.g., CA, CPA, CMA, CFA) is mandatory.
  • Proven experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in financial modelling and data analysis tools.
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Prior experience in the manufacturing is a plus.
