Financial Controller

They have some exciting business transformations and growth phases coming up, hence the need for a strong finance lead to carry them through these transitions.

The Role

This Financial Controller would business partner with the CEO, and work closely with the Board and other relevant stakeholders to ensure the key deliverables of the business are met.

Responsibilities will include:
Responsible for the overall financial management, including cash flow management, forecasting, budgeting and reporting
Management of direct reports - overseeing all transactional accounting
Prepare annual company and project budgets in consultation with the other Directors and relevant team members
Delivery and presentation of quarterly entity reports to the Board
Variance analysis and preparation of commentary
Manage year end Audit processes
Process Improvement projects.
In order to be considered, you will need to have the following:
CA/ CPA Qualified
Experience working for the Big-4 or mid-tier firm
3 years experience in a similar role
Experience in an NFP is highly regarded
Project experience is a must
