The Role

Reporting into the Chief Commercial Officer, the Financial Controller provides an overall financial view and is responsible for all technical accounting aspects of the business, such as overseeing financial reporting for internal and external regulatory parties, investors, or shareholders and managing the audit process. You will also be responsible for driving process improvement and operational performance by challenging the status quo, identifying and executing on opportunities for greater efficiency and maintaining a high-performance culture.

Other Primary Duties And Responsibilities

• Adherence to relevant financial and taxation reporting requirements
• Analyse budget performance and identify opportunities for efficiencies and cost reductions
• Creation of dashboards to monitor the business’ performance
• Prepare and analyse all Joint Venture financial reports and requests for working capital funding
• Monitor and report on cash flow
• Provide leadership and guidance to the wider finance team 

The Candidate

You are CA/CPA qualified with a strong track record at a senior level in driving financial performance, ensuring strong controls as well as efficient processes in a fast-paced and complex environment. You will have an ability to balance your detail-driven personality with the capacity to understand the bigger picture and crucially, you have proven experience managing complex and high-level stakeholder relationships.
