The successful Financial Accountant will be responsible for the following:

  • Daily cash management and bank reconciliations
  • Production and review of monthly management accounts and balance sheet reconciliations
  • Prompt processing of all inter-company transactions
  • Collaborating with Group Taxation and prepare detailed supporting schedules and reports to statutory bodies on finance and taxation obligations and any other business specific requirements
  • Processing sundry invoices and manage sundry accounts payable

 

The successful applicant should hold the following skills and expertise:

  • CA/CPA Qualified or studying towards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in the development and monitoring of budgets by establishing and transforming operational discipline and processes to drive P&L performance
  • Demonstrated experience with interpreting and applying understanding of key financial indicators to ensure better business decisions
  • Experience in operationalising best practice processes to get things done, with a focus on continuous improvement
