Position summary

Downer's Corporate Services are seeking a Finance Systems Master Data Administrator for our Global Finance Systems Support Team within our Business Services Centre. This role can be based in Sydney, Melbourne, or Brisbane. Reporting into our Master Data Management Lead, you will ensure that Master Data created and maintained within JDE, Coupa and/or SAP is accurate and conforms to the system standards and business rules across the Downer organisation which drives strong governance. The Master Data Administrator will be highly motivated, effective and a supportive team member, who is able to work in a flexible environment with the ability to take on new areas of knowledge and skills and work to deadlines.
Experience using JDE, Coupa, SAP or other ERP / finance systems is preferred

Exposure to P2P process is desired

Ability to effectively work with and build relationships with a range of stakeholders

Able to effectively present and communicate relevant to the intended target audience, including adapting communication style

Able to effectively analyse both data and systems to locate and identify potential issues or improvements

Able to apply understanding of relevant systems to help resolve problems

The ability to formulate strategies and concepts to rectify potential issues or propose improvements

Able to effectively plan and organise own work

Able to adapt and respond to change in a fast-paced environment, whilst still achieving personal and team goals

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio)
