Community Support Incorporated is looking for Finance Officer.

About The Role

The focus for the role of the Finance Officer is to work collaboratively within and across teams to ensure the effective and efficient operations of all aspects of finance, with a focus on the account receivable function. The role requires working within Finance, Payroll and Operations.

You Will

  • Generate invoices to clients, including NDIS and Aged Care
  • Be responsible for Debtor follow up, including the NDIS Portal
  • Assist with the processing and reconciliation of receipts in Xero
  • Receipt & allocate payments received in the bank account each day
  • Undertake client/customer account reconciliations
  • Maintain accounts receivable files and records
  • Investigate and resolve any irregularities or enquiries with invoices & accounts
  • Producing monthly financial and management reports
  • Debt collection & credit control
  • Liaise with Funders ensuring payment of invoices are made within established time limits
  • Entering communication notes within Xero

Essential Requirements

  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role
  • NDIS and/or aged care experience is highly regarded
  • Experience with data management and reporting
