Our team in Melbourne currently has an opening for a Finance Manager ANZ

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Finance Team as the Finance Manager for ANZ. Reporting to the Vice President Finance APAC, your primary responsibility will be to manage the Finance Operations for ANZ with a support team of 5.

YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

As an ambition Finance Manager, you will work closely with global and regional counterparts to drive business performance and will undertake all aspects of financial management including corporate accounting, regulatory and financial reporting, budget and forecast preparation, annual tax returns and audits. You will also be responsible for overseeing the Treasury and Risk Management practices of the ANZ business as well as the development of internal control policies and procedures, ensuring that all statutory accounting requirements for the Company activities are accomplished and compliant.

You will play an important business partnering role with local management, providing them with accurate and insightful reporting and analysis. You will be an active participant in business decisions and will be proactive in understanding cross Country/BU operational complexities and commercial business trends.

YOUR PROFILE

To be successful in the role you will be a CA / CPA qualified Finance Manager with prior experience in a medium to large organisation, preferably with international reporting lines. You will be experienced in managing and developing teams, providing strategic support to senior stakeholders and have a best practice continuous improvement and customer excellence mindset with the ability to drive change across the business. This is a hands-on role suited to a confident individual with career growth ambitions. Experience in SAP and Hyperion (HFM) is mandatory.
