The Finance Manager has a great opportunity to make a positive impact on the overall financial control and reporting. Reporting directly into the Finance Director, the Finance Manager will provide financial guidance, and ensure that governance and financial commitments are achieved in line with group policies and procedures.

As a passionate values-based leader, coupled with a strong understanding of accounting standards, the Finance Manager will create a center of excellence. You will lead, coach and mentor the team and work closely with peers to deliver high quality reporting and sound advice.

• Manage the Record to Report team and responsible for the overall accounting and financial reporting function.
• Responsible for group financial reporting in accordance with IFRS rules and statutory financial reporting in accordance with local GAAP.
• Act as lead contact for the external auditors during group and statutory audits.
• Secure internal control compliance in the accounting and financial reporting domain.
• Provide guidance and support on accounting and financial control to Business Areas including participation in ad hoc projects.
• Drive digital transformation and process and system improvements.
• Participate in regional forums to share expertise and assist with resolving common issues.
