This privately owned enterprise has enjoyed a period of continual growth and success and as a result they require a Finance Manager to join the team and manage finance operations in Brisbane.

Reporting to the Director of Finance you will be responsible for but not limited to:

• Develop budgets and forecasts
• Reviewing and implementing business improvements
• Liaising and communicating with senior management around results and recommendations for cost reduction, efficiency of operations and increased revenue generation
• Provide financial reports; financial models and analysis for senior management as needed
• Monitor and analyse financial accounts monthly, quarterly and annually
• Lead and manage the Brisbane finance team

The ideal candidate will be CA/CPA and degree qualified and have had prior experience in a similar role working within either Manufacturing, Retail or FMCG backgrounds. You will be a very strong problem solver and have the ability to prioritise tasks in order to achieve high productivity results and have strong Excel and Word skills. Experience with cost accounting, good attention to detail and analytical skills are also critical.
