About The Role

As the Director of Corporate Services, the role requires a capacity to work with both a strategic and an operational focus. Reporting to the CEO, you assume a key role in the management of the Finance, IT, Risk, HR and strategic business planning functions of the organisation. You will be a key contributor to the ELT, partnering with key stakeholders in ensuring the strategic vision can be operationalised from a cultural, commercial and operational point of view.

Experience & Skills

To ensure your success in this role, you must be strong financially - most likely coming from a CPA or CA background. However, this role is so much more than financial management -you will be able to demonstrate your broader cross functional leadership in the areas of IT, HR, Strategic planning and be a commercial partner to the CEO. Above all, you will have a leadership style that is inclusive and collaborative.
