Finance Business Partner

 

Description:

Reporting to the Group CFO, you will partner closely with the Managing Director and leadership team. This hands-on role combines strategic thinking and operational execution, delivering financial insights, improving business performance, and driving process optimisation.

Key Responsibilities
 

  • Providing financial insights to support sales and delivery teams.
  • Take ownership of the rolling forecast and collaborate with operations to automate this process.
  • Review monthly accounting to ensure accurate reports.
  • Deliver management reports
  • Deliver analysis on customer profitability, contract margins, project overruns, and utilisation to drive business performance.
  • Perform budgeting, planning, and forecasting
  • Prepare and manage cash flow forecasting.
  • Lead and embed process improvements to standardise and optimise finance operations.
  • Act as a bridge between the business and finance operations, troubleshooting and addressing ad hoc issues as needed.

You are a proactive and hands-on finance professional with a strong commercial mindset. You excel at building relationships with senior stakeholders and thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments.

Skills And Experience
 

  • Demonstrated experience in FP&A or Finance Business Partnering roles.
  • A professional qualification (CA/CPA preferred).
  • Experience in IT consultancy, professional services, or project-based environments is highly regarded.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills
