Finance Business Partner

Working with one of Australia's leading FMCG businesses. The business operates in the foodservice and retail sectors and provide a range of both branded and private label products. The business is big on innovation, sustainability, and collaboration.

Position Overview:

As a member of the Site Leadership Team, the Finance Business Partner will not only provide indispensable financial support and insights but also wield responsibility for the site’s financial governance and control.

Key Responsibilities:

The roles and responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to:
 

• Provide support to the wider business functions and build relationships with key stakeholders.
• Support the site in the development of long-term strategic plans.
• Delivery of weekly, EOM, forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning.
• Prep of balance sheet reconciliation.
• Internal and external audits.
  
   

Qualifications/ Experience:
 

• CA or CPA qualified.
• Experience in Supply Chain within FMCG/ Manufacturing.
• Relevant bachelor’s degree.
• Ideally 8+ years’ experience.
• Understanding of financial information system (JD/ SAP preferred).
