Reporting directly to the CEO and accountable for a workforce of 100 FTE and a budget of $2.2 billion, the Executive Director, Finance and Business Services will provide strategic and operational leadership to ensure that the local health network can optimise its resources to deliver high quality, high performing and efficient care for its communities.

We are seeking a driven and ambitious leader to join our organisation providing services to meet the health needs of 30% of the population of SA and play a key strategic role in achieving our strategic and operational objectives – to be one of the top five health networks in Australia and top 50 in the world by 2025 through world-class care and research.

The appointed Executive Director will have sound commercial acumen and lead the finance, performance, procurement, infrastructure and capital projects functions across the network and responsibility for financial management, performance reporting, procurement, contract management, business development, operational services, capital projects and the public-private partnership, business continuity and improvement ensuring effective and efficient delivery of services to support CALHN's strategic intent.
