Reporting to the Finance Operations Manager, we currently have an opportunity within our Finance Team for a Finance Administrator to join our busy team. This is a brand new national position supporting multiple branches across the Gallagher broking business and responsible for all financial activities which occur within our E-Global system Winbeat.
Key responsibilities of the role include receipting/allocation of all client payments to invoices including direct deposits, bpay and foreign currency, as well as allocation of credit and debit invoices. In addition the role would see the successful applicant processing the administration and approval step of client refunds and assisting and supporting brokers with account queries.
This is a great opportunity and to be considered, we are seeking someone who has experience in a similar role, ideally with exposure to the Insurance or Financial Services industry plus:
