The purpose of this role to provide accounts support to the Gallagher broking and finance teams.

Key responsibilities include:
 

  • Receipting/allocation of all client payments to invoices including direct deposits, bpay and credit card
  • Allocation of credit and debit invoices
  • Processing the administration and approval step of client refunds
  • Weekly processing of underwriter payments.
  • Monthly processing of Subagent payments.
     

This is a great opportunity and to be considered, we are seeking a min of 2 years’ experience in a similar role, ideally with exposure to the Insurance industry plus:
 

  • Demonstrated experience and knowledge of accounts administration
  • High attention to detail and levels of accuracy
  • Excellent time management
  • Strong teammate with willingness to support others
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate closely with a range of stakeholders.
