Finance Administration

 

Description:

Randstad is recruiting for an experienced finance administrator to join a large civil infrastructure company based in Arundel. You will be joining a team who are responsible for delivering on high profile projects and contracts.

Key Duties
 

  • Administration support to the team
  • Developing agendas, managing office supplies, minute taking and distribution, booking maintenance
  • Claim preparation ( collation of data and refresh)
  • Report preparation
  • Finance administration (AP/AR) where required
  • Back up for payroll (training on payroll can be provided)
     

Skills/experience Required
 

  • Excellent finance administrative experience
  • Ability to work autonomously when required
  • Excellent organizational skills, and the ability to cope with time related pressures
  • Comfortable with working under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Ability to quickly pick up systems and concepts, with a desire to learn.
