Description:
- Prior experience working in hardware break and fix, installation, desk side software support and/or service desk support
- Understanding of hardware and software support services
- Provide support for hardware such as laptops, desktops, and monitors.
- Install and maintain PCs along with associated accessories and peripherals.
- Perform installs, moves, adds, and changes as required.
- Test and certify PCs.
- Provide follow-up on problems, escalations, and requests.
- Maintain a high degree of professionalism.
- Ensure customer satisfaction throughout all transactions.
- Ensure incident and request tickets are updated according to the ticketing system.
- Provide on-call support.
- Some travel.

- NV1/ Baseline Security Clerance required for this role.
