F&b Breakfast Attendant

Description:

CKS Sydney Airport Hotel is located on the International side of Sydney Airport and we are on the hunt for an early riser and charismatic F&B Attendant to join the team on the breakfast shift

• Deliver exceptional guest experiences at every part of the journey
• Be an ambassador for the Hotel, positively representing and promoting our boutique brand over the phone, by email and in person
• Make recommendations on the Hotel, local neighborhood and Sydney attractions
• Respond to guest feedback, concerns or complaints from guests appropriately and follow up/report as required
• Provide excellent food and beverage service to our guests during the breakfast shift
• Assist with Room Service orders and delivery
• Success in a customer service role
• Deliver exceptional guest service and get a kick out of helping, problem-solving and being accountable for your workload
• Ability to work under pressure in a varied, fast paced environment, by taking initiative and working collaboratively
• Commitment to participate in a 7day per week roster.
• Must have full unrestricted rights to work in Australia.
• Positive mindset and a can do attitude
• Must have your RSA or be willing to apply for one before you start working.
