Facebook Chat Assistant

Do you like to chat on Facebook? If so, we’d like to hire you. We have a number of partners who need online chat assistants to talk to customers using Facebook Messenger. This position is open to people who are reliable and dependable, as well as being able to chat in a friendly way.

These are remote positions, meaning that you can do the work online from anywhere. However, we have a particular need for more applicants from Australia.

What you will be doing:

If accepted as a live chat assistant, you will talk to various customers and website visitors using Facebook Messenger. The job includes simple tasks such as answering customer questions, providing sales links, and offering discounts. Promotions to higher-paid positions may be available to people who do a good job.

Requirements: You need to have access to a laptop, phone, or tablet and have a reliable internet connection. You also need to have at least basic English writing skills.

Skills/background needed: These are beginner-level live chat jobs, so full training is provided, and you do not need to have done any paid live chat work before.
