You'll be responsible
 

  • Drive the design and implementation of an innovative Executive Talent Acquisition strategy, underpinned by robust contemporary D&I practices.
  • Proactively foster strong credibility and relationships with Executive stakeholders to gain deep insights into business strategy and executive talent requirements, ensuring swift and effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with People & Culture business partners and senior leaders to provide expert guidance and coaching, developing compelling sourcing and hiring strategies that capitalize on AAL’s Employee Value Proposition.
  • Cultivate robust talent pipelines by promoting leadership opportunities, collaborating with Group counterparts and talent management, and positioning AAL externally as an employer of choice.
  • Execute a comprehensive Executive talent assessment and selection approach that adheres to AAL’s leadership framework and Group standards, ensuring a seamless and high-quality recruitment process.
     

About You
 

  • Extensive experience in executive search, within complex global matrix organisations, ideally within Financial Services/Insurance.
  • Demonstrated ability to define, plan, and shape initiatives into successful tactical plans, showcasing deep commercial acumen.
  • Proven track record of building relationships, leveraging networks, and positioning an organisation as an employer of choice.
  • In-depth understanding and application of contemporary talent acquisition practices, including assessment, selection, and diversity and inclusion.
  • Sophisticated business partnering skills with Executive stakeholders, leveraging talent market insights and data to influence decisions at an executive level.
