A fantastic opportunity at nbn, Australia’s largest infrastructure project, as the Executive Manager, Network Integrity, reporting to the Control Tower GM.

A bit about your role

As an Executive Manager of Network Integrity, you will develop and deliver a long-term strategy focusing on how Field Services will maintain the integrity of the FTTx network, including a remediation strategy. You will be responsible for developing the overall program, validating, scheduling and dispatching work, driving work schedules to completion based on priority, monitoring performance and milestones, escalate where required. You will also need to develop and implement best practices and solutions to drive improvements across customer, quality, commercial and financial streams.

The successful candidate will have excellent strategic knowledge and will have led large complex programs of work, complex business problem-solving skills, be able to build and deliver compelling business cases and manage executive level stakeholders. You must have the ability and experience to forecast, track and manage financials, including both CAPEX and OPEX. You must maintain customer focus and represent them in the nbn organization. You will be able to create a high-performing team & experienced at influencing senior leadership & executive teams.
