Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the role of Executive Director, Customer Experience provides strategic leadership and ownership of the journey and experience that customers have with the Charles Sturt brand prior to becoming students.
The role leads the work to segment customers, design offerings that engage customers during every touchpoint with the Charles Sturt brand and ensure that these services create a positive bond and lead to student conversion or ongoing partnerships with the University.
The successful candidate will lead and manage the Division of Customer Experience to build collaborative and effective partnerships with both internal and external stakeholders for the planning, design and delivery of Charles Sturt University’s customer facing services, brand, marketing and student recruitment strategy.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated strategic leadership and have a proven record of achieving results in relation to customer services, brand management and acquisition strategies within a large and complex organisation.
The university is looking for an inspiring leader with excellent communication and interpersonal skills in diverse contexts with the ability to consult, influence and collaborate with key internal and external stakeholders.
Experience in the higher education sector would be advantageous.
