The Executive Assistant is responsible for providing a high level of administrative support within the Investment Banking Division in Sydney, Australia. This is an evolving role with enormous potential for growth. Key Responsibilities
- Calendar management including coordination of internal and external meetings, calls and video conferences
- Regional and global liaison with internal and external stakeholders
- Coordinate all Domestic and International travel including knowledge of travel policy guidelines
- Processing expenses on Concur
- General administration including ad hoc project work
- Meeting support and preparation including internal and external meeting materials, printing, binding and scanning of documents
- Provide telephone coverage, taking accurate messages and handling urgent/confidential calls with appropriate judgement
- Build a strong global internal EA network
Required Characteristics
- Successful administrative experience. Financial Services or Professional Services background beneficial
- Demonstrates a high level of professionalism
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Powerpoint, Excel)
- Flexible, adaptable in a fast-paced environment. Excellent time management and prioritisation skills
- Proven communication skills both written and verbal
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to relate to internal and external stakeholders at all levels
