About the Role: As the Executive Assistant, you will be a key player in the success of this top-performing agent. Your daily responsibilities will include a variety of administrative, organisational, and relationship management tasks to ensure seamless transactions. Your specific duties will include, but are not limited to:
 

  • Managing the agent's diary, emails, and appointments
  • Overseeing database management and client care
  • Managing campaigns for up to 20 listings concurrently
  • Liaising with vendors, purchasers, and solicitors
  • Meeting and greeting clients, attending meetings, and functions
  • Handling all sales administration
  • Coordinating photo shoots, floor plans, marketing materials, and agent branding
  • Preparing and attending proposals, presentations, and auctions
  • Managing exchanges and settlements
  • Performing various ad hoc administrative duties
     

About You: The ideal candidate will possess:
 

  • A current Real Estate Certificate of Registration
  • Previous experience in real estate
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Word, Outlook, and other computer skills
  • The ability to work proactively and independently
  • A valid driver's license
  • Strong administration and communication skills
