One of Australia's most established restaurant groups, Trader House, is looking for an Events and Reservations Manager at Cumulus Inc.

Trader House is a collective of restaurants, speciality retail stores and tailored events by Melbourne-based chef, cookbook author and columnist Andrew McConnell. They are Gimlet at Cavendish House (currently ranked #84 in the World's 50 Best Restaurants), Cutler & Co, Marion, Supernormal, Cumulus Inc., Builders Arms Hotel, Meatsmith Heritage Butcher, Morning Market and Handmade Parties & Events.

About the Role:
This key management position will see you drive revenue generation and a full calendar of events & activations for Cumulus Inc.

• Management of reservation and event strategy
• Manage a small team of engaged professionals, and help drive our quality-driven and inclusive culture
• Implement a calendar of exciting chef residencies, collaborations, wine lunches, festival events and more
• Engage with our digital community and manage successful marketing campaigns
• Develop and review sales strategies to maximise opportunities and reach targets
• Host and showcase three beautiful event spaces - Upstairs at Cumulus Inc., The Wine Room and Arc One Gallery.
• Curate end-to-end events with guests, and manage event details with the restaurant teams
