TEN Recruitment have just been asked to source a construction Estimator to join one of our valuable clients. Our client has developed an excellent reputation within commercial construction sector throughout WA delivering projects up to $10m both metro and regional based projects.

Your new role:

Due to continued growth, an opportunity has become available for an Estimator to join their team. You will be involved in a range of tenders both in the metro are and regional projects up to $10m.

Responsibilities include:

• Costing and quantifying projects
• Obtaining market coverage for effective and competitive project costing
• Delivery of results
• Developing and managing new and old clients.
• Client & Subcontractor meetings & negotiations.

To be successful in this role, you will need the following:

• Ideally you’ll have previous experience within an estimating position within the construction sector.
• Be self motivated and happy to work unsupervised.
• Keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Happy to working within a small team environment.
