Within this role you will be tasked with providing expert advice and consultancy to the business on a wide range of complex employee relations matters.
What your new role will involve:
- Coach and advise key HR functions and business leaders through complex Employee Relations, performance improvement and conduct matters ensuring all matters are dealt with in a timely manner and in accordance with relevant policies and legislation.
- Educate, influence and train key HR functions and business leaders in relation to Employee Relations matters including updates to relevant legislation and regulations.
- Lead and manage the Enterprise Agreement renegotiation in line with business strategy.
- Collate and record Employee Relations data to identify trends and develop appropriate remedial strategies, working with key HR functions and the business leaders to implement.
- Idenfity and manager any Employee Relations risks, including representing in litigated matters, hearings and mediations.
- Foster a productive and collaborative relations with the Finance Sector Union.
- Collaborate with key HR functions and business leaders to support and deliver HR projects aligned to key strategic priorities.
- Support key HR functions to develop and maintain HR policies and procedures.
- Work with the Head of HR to deliver the Employee Relations strategy and empower business leaders to improve the employee experience.
- Deliver and contribute to key HR projects and participate in performance and conduct projects to support the business to meet agreed outcomes.
