Your new role

As a service consultant you will be responsible for daily administrative tasks in a customer service focused environment. You will be completing applications and managing your own portfolio of advisers. You will have a genuine passion for customer service and thrive within a fast paced environment.

Some Of Your Responsibilities Will Include
 

  • Manage Adviser and Client relationships and be the first point of contact for incoming calls
  • Plan and organise priorities to ensure all day to day operational activities are completed effectively and efficiently and proactively manage issues that potentially detract value.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to build and maintain a client-focused attitude
  • Work closely with the Operations team to ensure the delivery of accurate and timely outcomes.
  • Ensure all relevant legislation is complied with taking corrective action if gaps or weaknesses are detected.
  • Delivery of reports and feedback on service standards and adherence.

  • Exceptional customer service skills - open to industry experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
