Since our launch we have empowered builders to supply their products to a market that has been
off limits to them in the past. We have opened opportunities for long term renters who never
thought of being property owners, to become investors. We have allowed people a viable
alternative to take charge of their own superannuation and build and invest in high cashflow
property which will set them up for life.
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced, driven, results-oriented sales professional to
work with Australia's leading entrepreneurs, in a role that has an attractive salary package with
great earning potential.
About You

You’re a seasoned sales professional with mastery in both the people and process side of sales.
You have a proven track record of achieving sales targets, with the ability to rapidly adapt and
deploy strategies in response to changes in the market.
You love being a team member. You also understand the importance of following structure and
processes and making informed, data-driven decisions.
You have a collaborative spirit and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial
environment, ready to roll up your sleeves and work with a varied range of B2B partners.

yourself and your B2B partners to achieve targets.
Known as an Entrepreneur Development Manager, you will be responsible for:
● Getting Builders and their marketing channels started in our Dominate Business
Program (DBP)
● Getting Accountants, Financial Planners & Mortgage Brokers started in our Accelerate
Business Program (ABP)
● Meeting and exceeding your personal monthly budgets and targets
● Developing and receiving high quality, leads and moving them through a finely tuned
sales process to ensure the B2B partners are started and supported correctly
● Attending and selling from trade and industry events around Australia
● Building and nurturing relationships with B2B business partners and entrepreneurs, to
move them to action in expanding their business in the delivery of new property using
the DBP & ABP Programs
● Tight opportunity management to ensure inbound leads and deals are managed for
maximum conversion
● Developing and executing conversion strategies monthly
● Travelling Local and interstate where required
● Working closely with the B2B partners and our marketing team to ensure smooth
onboarding for B2B partners
● Driving and helping other team members to succeed
● Keeping up to date data and notes within the CRM and relevant systems to ensure
information flow and optimal customer experience
● Communicating effectively to ensure any challenges can be resolved and any
opportunities maximised
● Working continuously to improve your skills and capabilities
● Having and bringing fun to the team while you do it
