Our client, Department of Education (DoE), are currently seeking a Program Director for an initial contract until Oct 2023 with possible extension to manage ICT Enabled Projects.
The Enterprise Monitoring and Reporting and Enterprise Service Management maturity uplift projects are requiring a talented and inspirational delivery leader to ensure that both projects are successfully delivered. The aim of the Enterprise monitoring Project is to look at current tools, capabilities and costs associated with monitoring critical services and systems.
Enterprise Monitoring as a Service will form the foundation for enhanced capabilities within I&TB to ensure that ICT services and systems remain available to staff and students, enhancing the user experience, providing stable platforms, and responding consistently and efficiently to incidents. From subject matter expertise, performance or availability metrics, to single pane dashboards and Artificial Intelligence (AI) or machine learning insights, the monitoring service will provide the resources and solutions needed to support customers and operational teams.
