The role

The Enterprise Quality Assurance (EQA) team support Great Southern Bank through the review of customer facing processes throughout the customer journey. As the EQA Analyst, you will be an integral part of the successful execution of the Bank’s Enterprise QA Framework. This includes executing QA tasks including QA reviews, while supporting the EQA team in analysing the data collected and preparing findings or recommendations to various stakeholder groups to ensure the Bank continues to meet the framework requirements.

Your key responsibilities will include

• Complete QA reviews to volume, time, and quality standards.
• Deliver reporting and analysis to support business or strategic initiatives, sourcing feedback and driving improvements to process and credit policy,
• Actively participate in calibration sessions within the team and with stakeholders.
• Demonstrate awareness of the importance of QA, Risk and Compliance and how QA acts as a control within the risk management framework.
• Build an understanding of who our stakeholders are and understand their needs and objectives.
• Support stakeholders experience of the QA Framework by identifying incremental changes to our ways of working, tools and processes.

Your Expertise And Experience

• Experience in a lending, operations, or quality assurance role in banking or financial services.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, highly developed ability to gather, analyse and evaluate facts.
• Ability to think and communicate conceptually and commercially.
• Developed skills in stakeholder management of business relationships.
• Successfully demonstrated the ability to work in a team environment and autonomously.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, underpinned by excellent interpersonal skills.
• Intermediate level skills in the Microsoft suite of products specifically MS Excel.
