Enterprise Architect

Description:

As an Enterprise Solution Architect, you will be required to:

• Develop proposals and business cases

• Take responsibility for Design and Architecture and adherence to department wide Vision and Enterprise Architecture standards and blueprints.

• Lead teams (designers, other architects and developers) towards achieving whole of department outcomes

• Produce solution options and associated designs, socialize with stakeholders and push through to approval

Provide leadership and guidance in the subject of Enterprise Solution Architecture and Integration (end to end solution definition)

Selection criteria

Qualifications and experience

• TOGAF certification desirable

• ArchiMate certification desirable

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in information technology, computer science or related discipline

• Deep experience in a similar role on a large program

Knowledge and Technical Skills

• Extensive experience in producing solution designs and associated functional specifications, preferably in a government, financial services or highly regulated environment

• Extensive experience in implementing operational solutions based on the enterprise target reference architecture enterprise principles

• Experience developing architecture blueprints and technology roadmaps

• Proven experience in providing leadership and guidance across the domains of application architecture and integration (patterns, services and API management)Proven experience Registry technologies and in department’s legacy technology platforms: Adabas / Natural Mainframe, Lotus Notes, Siebel, Java, Oracle Service Bus

• Proven experience in preparing government funding submissions e.g. MYEFO, Second Pass Business Case

• Experience in one or more of the following: APIs and integration, digital experience and portal technologies, case management and workflows, low-code application platforms, digital identity and access management

• Experience in department’s primary technology platforms desirable: Boomi, Dynamics 365 CRM, OutSystems, .NET, SharePoint, Optimizely, Databricks, Azure and AWS Integration in a secured environment

• Experience architecting solutions in multicloud environments (M365, Azure and AWS)

• Experience in Agile delivery methodology and Digital Service Standards, service design and delivery process desirable • Proficiency in Enterprise Architecture tools
